Job Title: Contact Centre AdvisorLocation: St Philip's, BristolPay Rate: 12.21 per hour (weekly pay)Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full-Time (40 hours/week) with occasional Saturdays paid at overtimeMeaning you'll work as a temp for 12 weeks prior to being taken on permanently by the employer after a successful 12 weeks dependant on performance.

Responsibilities:Join our vibrant team as a Contact Centre Advisor! Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service. Here's what you'll do:

• Handle incoming calls for job bookings, quotations, and queries, ensuring service excellence.
• Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and arrange appointments.
• Manage incoming emails with prompt responses.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers on booking changes.
• Keep accurate job notes and system records.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and data security.
